Simply Real Sausages

Simply Real Sausages (previously Simply Sausages) was originally founded in 1991 and operated from a shop in Smithfield meat market, within a few years three more shops all in central London locations were opened and we became the foremost speciality sausage producer in London.

Simply Real Sausages was created in March 2008 when two new investors took over the already well established Simply Sausages company. A subtle name change was decided upon to distinguish the new from the old without wanting to distance ourselves too far from the reputation and already well established patronage.

The company continues to produce premium quality sausages to the London restaurant market and select delis and butchers across the capital.
