Our development chefs have scoured the globe for the best tasting sausages. We then recreate and in our opinion improve on these classic recipes.

We are always on the lookout for new flavours and are constantly developing new products. Only the best meat and freshest herbs are used in all of our sausages.

Algerian Merguez (lamb and harissa)

Boerwors (steak and pork, South African recipe)

Californian Hot (pork, red peppers, red chilli)

Creole Smokey (pork, peppers, chilli and hickory)

East India (pork with fresh chilli and ginger)

Greek (pork, coriander, garlic and sage)

Italian (pork, garlic, black pepper and Italian spices)

Polish (pork, with a slightly smoked flavour)
